I loved creating this Birthday card for
my Brother-n-Law

I used this great stamp from

it's called

Hard Workin’ Dudes!

So first I cut out 4 x 6 Piece of yellow card stock,
a 1" green dotted strip of paper and a 4.5" x 2" triangle
and assembled the card like above.

I cut out the small square speech  bubble from this
Spellbinder set of Die cuts

I placed my pre-colored digital stamps onto
my card
(colors listed below)

Then I used double side foam piece
on the backs of my stamped/colored images
and stuck them to my card.

I used a 6.5 x 5" card base and popped the card onto it
and stamped the speech bubble with LOVE and HOPE
This way the card could be used for any occasion .

Framed Oddball Art 8 x 8 Picture

You have to try out Oddball Art

These were very fun projects to make!
I started with the 8 x 8 Picture

I colored up her skin with the usual E000, E04, E11, E21, E00
Then
I used my favorite color combination to color up her Tutu
RV66, RV55 and RV52
Then I colored the cute little bat with
C7, C5, C4 and C2

I used all the same colors in her bat head piece
that I used for the little bat above

For the Bat Boy's hair (and her eyes) I used
BG57, BG49 and BG 45
I used the same C's for his cape and I used YR18, YR23 and E13 for his top
For his Pants I used B99, B66 and BV17 because I wanted a bit of
Purple to show through

Then I drew in a background free hand
Sidewalk, fence and a tree.
I used E79, E39 and E17 for the tree
G99, G94 and G46 for the grass
For the Fence I used C2, then E34 and E31
For the sky I started with B000, B01, then I added some B04
I may go back in to darken up the sky a bit but I'm really not sure yet
The sidewalk was C00, C1 and C3
Finally I just popped it into an 8 x 8 frame
and added a Bat with a bat boy head onto the outside of he frame.

My Next Post will be the Bookmark

OMG I love this Digi stamp set!!  This is the Bat Girl set from Oddball Art

I pulled out my Copic Markers and went to Town

I started her Skin Tone with E000 E04

Then I finished up the skin tone with
E11, E21, E00

Then I gave her some rosy pink cheeks
using R20

From there I colored up her tutu and socks
with
RV66, RV55, RV52

The bat and her head piece were colored with
C7, C5, C3,

And I added a little R20 to the bat's ears
and her eyes were done with BG49, BG57, BG45

I took a piece white card stock to make the card base
and I had a Window Die (sorry I can't remember from who)
I cut out the window on the left side of the front card stock which was 4.5 x 6.5

Almost forgot I used Foam tape to pop up the window and Bat Boy

Sorry I didn't take pictures of me coloring Bat Boy from Oddball Art
I used BV8, BV13, BV4
As you can see I attached the Bat Boy to the opposite side of the window and then
attached the window to the inside
But when I closed the card, you could see white :(
So, I took E09 and outlined the window :)

Then I took a page out of my Ms. Sparkle & Co. Paperie paper
I cut the window out of the paper and taped the paper around the window
But I didn't like the plain white in the window
So, I took the white squares that were cut out of the window and colored them with
the Distress Ink
Mustard Seed

Then I added some more of the wood-grain paper to the right
and
I liked it so much I cut the front of the card off because I wanted this to be the front
of the card.

I used one of my dies to cut out the sign that came with Bat Girl
and Distress it with Vintage Photo Distress Ink

Meanwhile, Back to Bat Girl and her little Bats
I used my Scan N Cut to cut out the pieces

I attached the little Bats onto the front of the card

Then I took a piece of card stock and used the
Mustard Seed Distress Ink
and colored it up

Then I used more Foam Tape to prop up Bat Girl

And last but not least I popped Bat Girl onto the right side of the inside
and added another Bat that came with Bat Boy
You may not be able to see it
But I used Wink of Stella on the tulle on her dress

Here is the finished Card front
I Hope you like it :)

I'm back to showcase my Oddball Art Bookmark

I started by Coloring up her skin
with the Copic E000, E04, E11, E21 and E00
Then her Tutu with BV08, BV13 and BV04

Then her Mask I colored using Copic C7, C5, C4 annd C3

The same Copic Colors were used on her shoes and the Bat
Next I moved onto my Tag, where I used Alcohol Inks
The colors I used were all Tim Holtz Adirondack
Purple Twilight
Sunshine Yellow
Wild Plum
Sailboat Blue
I did this to both side of the tag I used

I didn't care for all the white spots so I used my
Peacock Feather Distress Ink
and
I blended it on top of all the colors

On one side, I put the Bat Girl, the "Lets Get Batty" sign
which also came from Oddball Art and the tiny little bat I had from another
project I did using another Oddball Art

On the Other side I used a bat stamp I had lying around
and a stamp that says
"Sometime you need to Flip Out and go Bat Shit Crazy just to make a point"
by Creative Vision Stamps

You really need to try out Oddball Art Digital Stamps
They are Just Awesome!!!
I hope you enjoyed all of my tutorials Today
